Ana and Dani were great
Ana and Dani were great, Very professional and very helpful. They sorted out all of our issues and gave us lots of good ideas without trying to sell us anything. They restored our faith in Vodafone to an extent - As we find that when we phone the company, they are evasive and it takes ages to get anywhere. You never know whether you’re getting the full story. The Evesham branch though have always been really, really good.

Face to face satisfaction
I visited the Vodafone store in Evesham after receiving a text on my phone recommending that I renew my contract; I prefer to deal with real people rather than over the impersonal Internet. Ana and her colleague welcomed me and very efficiently brought up my records, explained the options, answered my queries and renewed my contract at an advantageous price. Very knowledgeable staff!
Went in for a change of phone & didn’t know what options were available to me but there was a very knowledgeable gent who went through all the options.
Can’t fault the service, nice friendly customer service combined with their true passion for their product.
Now I’m out & about taking photos with my brand new phone’s camera! (No more blurry snapshots of the bingo)!

Fantastic service.
Went in as my phone kept switching off. Unfortunately, it had sadly died, but Ana was soon at hand to help me find a new one. Both members of staff were brilliant, and both have a great sense of humour. Can't say nicer things about either of them. Left with a phone with the sort of camera I wanted, and was more than pleased. Thanks guys!

Don't usually do reviews but but Tom, Chris and Ed were extremely patient and helpful during our 2 visits to the Evesham shop this week. They set up the new devices as we're not very tech-savvy.

Really good experience
We had a fantastic experience whilst updating my mobile, the two members of the team here, Ed and Ana were both really knowledgeable and despite some tricky requirements in sorting out my account were able to manage the situation. Throughout they were really friendly and helpful to enable a great experience despite the account issues.
