Zeeshan was very helpful in Vodafone store feltham. Very happy with the service I went to get my SIM card replaced he connected his hotspot to help me download my applications on my phone which bought from Apple. Definitely recommended store to go to!

Above and Beyond
Screen went on old phone, was due for upgrade he took time to help upgrade. He was unable to help me transfer data as needed to have screen fixed on old phone first. I went on my way. Got screen on old phone fixed and transferred stuff onto new phone all except 1 item. I went back to him (his office is not my local one)and posed my dilemma. He like myself couldn't understand why this item would not transfer. He took time, thought about it and eventually we had a Eureka moment when the item I hadn't been able to transfer to my new phone transferred.
Anthony at Feltham, went above and beyond on both occasions. He was patient, kind and interested. He is a credit to your team. Needs a promotion to teach some of your other teams what Customer Service really should be. Thank you again Anthony. You are a 5* guy!!!

Professional knowledgeable staff
Went to the Store on April 15th & Manager Anthony, very helpful gentleman, set up a SIM free airtime plan. Did live chat on the 18th with a query totally unrelated to payment plans & about an hour of trying to get answers signed off. Checked account but for some inexplicable reason my airtime plan had been changed back to the previous more expensive plan. Went back on live chat & after being transferred to 4 different people gave up at 9 : 30 PM.
Went to Store today & excellent staff member Zee sorted everything out back to the SIM free plan.
There's an obvious moral to the story.
