I’ve never experienced such a shocking…
I’ve never experienced such a shocking lack of professionalism and basic respect in my entire life. I went to a Vodafone store to collect a phone that was rightfully mine — everything they asked for was provided: a bank card with the correct name printed on it, all the necessary information, everything was there. And yet, they still refused to give it to me. No explanation. No effort. No respect.
Before I even had a chance to speak, the staff member made me sit in front of her and, for five long minutes, she typed on her computer without saying a single word. No greeting, no “just a moment”, nothing. Not even a glance. It was as if I didn’t exist. I sat there in total silence while she completely ignored me.
When she finally acknowledged me, her attitude was cold, dismissive, and uninterested. She wouldn’t even look me in the eyes. The way I was treated was humiliating. It’s clear they didn’t want to work and were just looking for an excuse to push me away.
I currently have four Vodafone plans. After this disgraceful experience, I will be contacting Vodafone directly to cancel every single one of them. I will not support a company that treats people this way.
But it doesn’t stop here. I have over 1 million followers on Instagram, and I will be doing a full storytime to explain this situation in detail. People deserve to know how Vodafone treats its customers.
And I will also personally reach out to every senior executive and decision-maker at Vodafone via LinkedIn to expose what happened. This is not going to be ignored. I’m not just a number — I’m a customer, and I expect to be treated with basic human respect.
Bad press is coming. And it’s well deserved
