Upgraded my phone today
Upgraded my phone today which was handled by Gabrielle. She was great helpful and sorted all my plan and device out for me. Excellent through and through...
After 5 goes at trying to get my phone up and running elsewhere, Natalie sat with me and we tried everything to find that my SIM was a problem. I visited Natalie at the Fort Shopping…
I visited Natalie at the Fort Shopping Centre who was amazing. She made my mum feel so much at ease with a change over from android to IPhone and managed the whole process so seamless whilst explaining everything as she done it.
At the same time Natalie was able to review my own tariff and get me on a much cheaper one. Amazing service from Natalie and would definitely recommend to others.
