First class service at the Vodafone Grantham Store
I visited the Grantham Vodafone store on 2 occasions last week and Dennis Brian provided first class service throughout the contract renewal process. He was extremely patient in answering all of my questions about the iPhone17 and the various deals that were on offer for Black Friday. He helped get me a really competitive deal on a contract renewal for my son. Anytime you are shopping at Vodafone it is well worth asking for Dennis.

Fabulous service the staff at Grantham
I called into Grantham Vodafone for assistance and Dennis could not be more helpful. I felt he deserved to have a lovely review because his help was amazing. He is a credit to Vodafone. Bad Customer service saved by another store!
We went to the Peterborough store shocking customer service rude staff and unhelpful!!
We came to Grantham store and totally different and very pleasant experience left with a new IPhone and Iwatch the next day we ended up going back for my husband to get a new phone and today came back to Grantham to update daughters phone we now won’t go anywhere else thank you to the friendly helpful staff of Grantham!!
