Excellent service…
Every time I have gone into the store the staff have been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend people use the branch and it is so nice to have a face to face service instead of struggling on the phone.

Reassured
When my elderly father came home with a two year contract, I was worried he had been sold something he didn’t need. I was wrong. Pavel, in the shop, carefully explained it all to us answering all our questions and we left reassured that my father had been taken good care of.

Went into the store for an upgrade. AJ provided an excellent service letting me know the best options and getting me a really good deal. I returned to the store after having set up problems with the phone ( my fault) and Matt very kindly sorted it out for me. Great service and a really enjoyable experience. Thank you.

Excellent customer service
AJ did an excellent job of talking us through the process of purchasing our new phones. He asked us what we would like eg I wanted a better camera and he told us about iPhone 16.He made us aware that we could trade our old phones in which saved us money. He served us in a calm and professional manner. I had a difficulty with my phone so returned to the store. Matt was happy to help me and explained what the problem was and helped me to resolve it. Outstanding service from the team.

Sold my 95 year old Father an airtime…
Sold my 95 year old Father an airtime contract (at twice his existing cost with EE) when all he wanted was to buy a new phone and move his sim card from the old to the new. Absolutely disgusting and dishonest. Avoid Vodafone Grantham.
Thank you to Vodafone social media team's response inviting me to DM them. How do I do that? No email address, no hashtag, no mobile number to text to. Doesn't look like a serious effort to put right the problem. In addition to all of the above, Vodafone Grantham have initiated a transfer of my Father's old number to Vodafone. So we are about to loose that as well. Congratulations Vodafone.

Well worth a visit
Have visited the Grantham store for the second day in a row to take out contacts for both my daughters. AJ was outstanding in making sure I knew all that was happening and even stayed late to finish everything off.
