Excellent Service
Went to the Vodafone store spoke to Pavel the assistant manger to look at my contract and options for an upgrade etc. Pavel went above and beyond to help/assist myself. He spotted a discrepancy on my account which then lead to a phone call to Vodafone customer service, which Pavel assisted with and talked me through what needed to be said to try to resolve my issue. Pavel also spoke to the customer service team to make sure I had the correct information and was being dealt with correctly. 100% 5 star service this morning I was in the store nearly 2 hours. Pavel was patient, understanding, sorted my current contract while on the phone to customer service. So once the call had finished I was good to go. Finished off with a call back booked in 6 months to check everything is still all ok with my new contract. Thank you for your time and patience this morning.

Great experience 4 days before Christmas
Matthew was brilliant - knew what he was doing and while we waited he was very easy to talk to. I was surprised how easy it was to add a sim card to my contract.
