The Grantham team were really friendly and helpful. Matthew the store manager made my upgrade process as easy as it could be and the team were there to help him when he asked them to. All round a good process

Went in with a problem with my sim card…
Went in with a problem with my sim card not showing as being registered on the network. Mathew, checked my phone and sorted me out a new sim card. He also got me onto a 50% discounted deal. Very polite and very helpful to us older customers.

Went into see about a new SIM deal, Jake was amazing he was very helpful and informative, done his very best and got us a real good deal, excellent customer service, polite and very patient with us as we are not tech savvy, the coverage from vodaphone is far better than others, well worth going in and checking them out

I went to Vodafone as my contract ends…
I went to Vodafone as my contract ends and was welcomed and acknowledged straight away by Pavel. He took the time to explain me the best offers and also was very friendly and helpful. After 40mins I walked out smiling ,with a new contract and new phone. Highly recommended!
