Popped into the store on Monday to see the new phones and contacts and get some questions answered been looking online for a week or so kept putting in basket and never finalised the deal so popped to my local store , the store wasn’t pushy and helped me no end to finally make the purchase , Chloe was brilliant in answering questions and making the new purchase swift and easy and never felt rushed or even if I asked a stupid question she answered confident , a great team member keep up the good work

Helpful & Knowledgeable
When we walked into the Grimsby frigate branch we were met with a lovely smiling lady called Caitlin. We are not very confident with technology & although my husband updated his account I had left mine out of contract for nearly a year because of my lack of confidence but Caitlin made the experience so easy for us, especially as we were going on holiday soon. Cheaper contract with euro roaming was a massive weight off our minds. A very good deal by a friendly & very helpful lady. I would definitely recommend our friends to see her for special deals etc.

Very helpful
Went in to originally get a pack for going abroad and after hearing about other bundles decided to actually swap to a pay monthly sim instead. Caitlin in particular was very helpful with my inquiries and no question was a stupid one and explained everything so that it was easy to understand.

Excellent in store advice for my phone purchase
Visited my local store to research and compare a couple of new phone handset options.
Caitlin listened carefully to my explanation and understood my requirements for a cost comparison on a couple of different models without trying to push me towards newer more expensive handsets.
The comparison information was presented in a clear manner and my questions were answered clearly.
I was not rushed or pressured into making a purchase decision, a big positive for me.
When I asked if the were any customer loyalty discounts she explained she was already searching different sim deals to see if anything would be better for me
Great in-store advice, the overall sales experience was pleasant friendly and helpful.
I would recommend Caitlin and the Grimsby store to other customers.
