My phone had stopped working for no apparent reason. I couldn't use it to call the tech team so I went into the Guildford store and was welcomed by Chloe, who then passed me across to Storm. She very quickly and easily resolved the issue with her expert knowledge. Very impressed with both pleasant and efficient team members. Thank you Vodafone.
