My phone was stolen in the morning of the 9th February 2025. When I attended at Vodafone Hammersmith, I was assisted by Michael Ng. I cannot recommend Michael enough, he was incredibly supportive and made the process so smooth, I was very anxious to get a new phone as I needed to return to Ireland later that day. I cannot thank him enough for his support and insight into the process. Thank you so much, he is a huge asset to the company.

As a customer with Vodafone about 14 years, I would like to say today I have received an excellent service from WAZIR, he is very helpful with all processes since beginning until the end of the service. He knows his job very well and explain things to me with his truly sincere to get the best option for my phone plan. poor customer service- lack of consistency
My iPhone broke before Xmas- it is covered by Vodafone for repair or replacement.
The people in the store were pleasant but really poor at communicating what information was required to be able to send the phone off- I had to go back twice and my husband once. Information given was completely contradictory and caused a significant waste of my time.
