Clearing annoying rubbish off our phones.
My wife and I visited the Havant branch this morning. Our phones nave been really annoying us with frequent unwanted pop-ups threatening disaster if we didn't sign in for 'virus clearing' and 'cleaning' programs. In the shop, Stephen served us very patiently and cleared all the useless and unnecessary stuff off our phones. He also organised a more economic contract for my phone. A really excellent service and very much appreciated.

I went into the store to upgrade a phone. Joshua was very helpful and talked me through all the stages. Nothing was too much trouble to explain. He was able to get me the best deal which was significantly cheaper than the plan I was paying.
He also upgraded a sim only plan, also saving me money a month.
Very polite young man.

I upgraded my phone at Havant on 25 Nov…
I upgraded my phone at Havant on 25 Nov and was served by Benjamin, I am an Octogenerian and he was most helpful and patient answering all my questions.
When I returned the old phone on 28 Nov, I was very pleased that Benjamin was available to answer the remaining information which I needed.
I was delighted with his pleasant friendly manner and patience. I could not have wished for better service.
He is a credit to Vodafone and to the Havant store.
