I rarely write reviews
I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to after my experience at this Vodafone branch. I visited to ask for some advice regarding my airtime and device plan, as I was unsure about a few details and wanted some guidance. From the moment I walked in, the staff member I spoke to was negative and dismissive. Rather than offering help, he seemed irritated that I didn’t fully understand my plan, which was precisely why I had come in for assistance.
His tone was unnecessarily harsh and his manner came across as rude and condescending. I left the store feeling upset and uncomfortable, which is the last thing you expect from a customer service visit.
I genuinely hope Vodafone takes this feedback seriously and ensures staff receive proper training in communication and customer care. Everyone deserves to be treated with patience and respect, especially when they’re asking for help.
Had I not had Alan as an advisor today, I probably would’ve walked out with a new IPhone.

Very good experience
Called into the Haverfordwest store and Simon, the store manager, sorted me out with a new phone.
He didn't try to sell me something top of the range which i did not need and he went above and beyond in helping me set up my new phone.

Terrible experience at the Haverfordwest store 3rd time in and the issue is still not solved, sent away from the store and told to come back when I have more time? I had time to wait and sort it out, more like come back when we can be bothered. So will not be staying with Vodafone once my contract ends.
