Came in to the store in st Stephens…
Came in to the store in st Stephens with what I suspected to be a faulty battery due to it not charging, I spoke to a young man called Dylan who was an absolute delight.I was made to feel very welcome and all questions I asked about my phone were answered in detail
Upon inspection he realised it was charging in the store so made me aware it would be the wire or the plug I then mentioned ive used different wires so we found the cause of the issue.
He also gave me great advice for how to avoide the issue in the future. All I can say is he was attentive kind and very very helpful

Went in to get a new contract and spoke to a gentleman called Shane. I got a good price but decided to get quotes elsewhere first. After visiting some competitors I soon ended up back in Vodafone, not just the price but the way I was treated made me feel much more comfortable.
