New phone contracts
We were served by Shami, who had to sort out new phone contracts for both myself and my wife. In both cases there were complications and inevitably it took some time. Shami was patient with us and worked hard to resolve any problems and provide us with the best deals. I would also commend Shami's manager , who also stepped in to help. A great team effort ( even though it was near the end of the working day) made us feel like valued customers.

Great customer service
We had to return to the shop to change a contract. Jack was brilliant. No fuss, just listened to what we needed and put it all in place. Very quick, helpful and put us at ease. We had seen him in the shop the previous week and were so impressed with his patience while helping an elderly lady. A credit to Vodafone. Thank you Jack

Great Manager Service
I went into Vodafone with a broken phone hoping to get a cheap downgrade and with the manager’s help (Hakim) I was able to trade in my old phone make myself a better sim contract more suited for me and managed to get myself a brand new iPhone 16 all whilst saving on my monthly bill. I had great customer service and Hakim was incredibly helpful with all my queries

Hakim was absolutely brilliant with me
Hakim in the Huntingdon store was absolutely brilliant with me. I really struggle to understand things and he went above and beyond to help me with an issue with my sim and PAC code which didn’t even relate to a vodafone sim but with an old one but he gave me so much of his time regardless. Really recommend going into this store if you need help with anything. Thank you Hakim for your knowledge and brilliant explanations.

My name is Dimitar,and i received a Great service from Shami and Abi from Huntingdon store. Hakim the manager is an absolute professional, he helped choose my new phone Google Pixel Pro 9XL. Abi - upgrades and billing issues help.
Abi helped me in store when I was upgrading my mobile phone plan and watch plan.
Abi’s diligence and knowledge also identified a discrepancy within my billing and this allowed me to raise a relevant complaint in order to get the refund I was owed. Abi is a credit to the store and extremely helpful, she should be commended for her exceptional customer service ability.
