Visited the Vodafone store in Huntingdon today as I was due an upgrade. The store manager Hakim was extremely helpful and provided excellent service. I left with a new phone on a great contract.

Go see Hakim at the Huntingdon store
The service I received from Hakim , Tech 110544. Huntingdon store was outstanding, I was after 2 upgrades for myself and husband, he found us both great deals including everything we wanted, and also a little bonus for me a chromebook. Hakim in total spent 2 hours with me finding the deals and then helping with data transfer and showing me all the new apps on my new phone as my previous phone was quoite a few years out of date.

Hakim to the rescue
What a lovely experience I had in the Huntingdon store today.
They were just about to close when I went in. Hakim the store manager was so helpful he went above & beyond to help me & managed to sort the problem I had with my phone out.
He is a credit to your company & deserve to be recognised. As well as a pay rise.

visited the Vodafone store for a SIM card and home WiFi service. Brijesh Thomas provided excellent assistance. He was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me choose the best plans quickly. The SIM card was activated within minutes and has excellent coverage and speeds. The home WiFi installation was prompt and reliable. Overall, a positive experience with Brijesh's efficient and effective service.

Cannot get into my mobile due Security code
Cannot get into my mobile due to needing a security code. Huntingdon shop not helpful as is TOBi. Need to have the mobile for emergencies but cannot read any messages due to the lack of security code. Cannot get it by E Mail either as TOBi does not understand.
Due to hearing difficulties will need to get a new phone. Not now happy with Vodaphone.

Hakim really helped us pick the right phones and contacts. The service was brilliant, he could not have been more helpful and explained anything we were not sure on. I did feel that the computers we're sooooo slow and I felt we took so much of his time up just waiting for the computer to load. Hakim you are so patience.

Hakim was incredible, I had no intention of buying a phone , but when Hakim clearly explained the benefits of up grading my phone , mainly saving money , I upgraded. Fantastic service. Abbie was also good.
