Phone upgrade experience.overdue an upgrade on my phone…
I was overdue an upgrade on my phone and Hakim advised me in a pleasant manner, was informative and made the whole experience pleasant.
I now have my new iPhone and will probably have to speak to him again as I become more familiar with its features and he assured me it would be pleased to help.
This was the best change over I have ever had with Vodafone.

Excellent personal service
The staff at this branch are all helpful pleasant and knowledgeable.
I attended the branch today with a problem that was causing myself and my wife stress. I was attended to by Natalie who listened to my issues assured me she could fix same and within 5 minutes it was all rectified.

Great Service - Helpful Staff
Popped into the store for some help with my new phone, I am not at all technical and needed some help setting some things up. I am not from the area, but was visiting family and popped in on the off chance. The salesperson, Nathalie, was really friendly and helpful and didn’t make me feel silly, or rush me. I am always a bit nervous going in to new places but she put me at ease and I didn’t feel like there was any such thing as a silly question! Thank you Nathalie, I will be telling my family to come and see you when they need to upgrade.
