Help with my mobile phone
I wanted advice on traffis or deals with new phone which works out cheaper, everything I needed to know was carefully explained to me. I was not pushed into having to make a decision right there and then I was able to take written information away and think things over. Guy who helped was called Rob and he works at the Ipswich store. I have decided to wait till 5th march contract end date and see whats on offer. But would highly recconmend Rob for the customer service I received as sometimes you can feel ur being pushed in to decision on the spot.

Very helpful sales person
I popped into Ipswich shop to have a chat about upgrading my phone. Wasn't planning on doing it today. Just eanted to find out about the latest phones. But the sales person was so helpful, thank you Kamila. A lovely woman, who ended up selling me a phone & contract.
