I can't find the words in the book of life to describe what Selby has done for me as a customer.
This customer service, patience, and knowledge is one in a million,
Above standard .
I have had an issue with my s25 for months and moving between Vodafone shops and chatting on the phone to Vodafone team and had no luck for months .
I walked into the Vodafone shop at Brixton and selby was amazing, fantastic.
He sorted the issue and am very grateful 🙏.
He is definitely an asset to Vodafone.

This afternoon I came into Vodafone with my dad to sort out our contracts with the help of Selby who was very communicative and helped us sort out our contracts and made sure we understood the whole journey and did not just rush the process .
