Convent Garden store
I went to the Vodafone store in Convent Garden and got seen by a lovely lady named Mahima, she is a retail advisor. She was really good and very understanding on matters I asked, she helped me and my friend with advise to get new phones and she updated us both about how to go on about getting new phones, she was really good and very amazing at her work.

Wifi purchase
Today I came in to get a wifi for my home. All the staff in the shop very friendly and very helpful in explaining all the details about the options and the purchase itself. They were also very patient considering english is not my first language and made an extra effort to understand each other.
