Iby at the Muswell Hill shop is a STAR!
I went into the Muswell Hill shop and Iby helped me. She was so efficient and helpful, I was blown away. I went into the shop because the online help was horrible and so slow but Iby saved me from looking for another carrier. I'll definitely seek her out when I need new phones.

i was treated very badly just now at the shop in muswell hill. i'm suprised at the decent reviews because my experience was the opposite to good. the girl could not have been more rude to me as though i was some kind of pedantic pest. i had a quite trivial problem with a fone voucher and there was no reason to talk to me that way. vodafone is now my enemy i hope they go bankrupt.
