Exemplary customer service
A member of staff at the Marlborough branch went to great lengths to help my elderly neighbour today with a problem with her Vodafone landline. She has some difficulty in communicating and he was so patient and kind. He persisted in his efforts until the line was working . My neighbour was so grateful and I was extremely impressed by the attitude and thoughtfulness of this Vodafone employee.
