I recently visited the Neath store after unexpectedly receiving a large refund that was not meant to occur. Naturally, I was extremely anxious and concerned about the situation. However, I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Ewan, whose outstanding professionalism and calm, reassuring demeanor immediately put me at ease. He took the time to thoroughly explain the next steps and assured me that the issue would be swiftly resolved, which greatly reduced my stress.
Beyond Ewan’s exceptional support, I must commend the entire team. Every staff member I have ever interacted with at the Neath store has been consistently friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. I visited the neath store where Karl and Brandon were amazing in helping me transfer my data from my old phone to my new one as I had important photos and data that I needed on my new phone but didn't know how to do it. Amazing customer service
The boys were absolutely amazing with me and my daughter, even stayed after hours when we ran through the doors at 550pm to help! It turned out to be an actual phone problem as it was faulty but the boys tried every avenue from new sim and deleting old data etc and were just so polite and friendly! Would highly recommend!
