Absolutely astounding service by Will, explained everything thoroughly, answered any and all queries. Been a long time since I've had an in person experience like this, felt very welcome. Had a small hiccup with the system however he was very patient and polite! Would recommend to anybody :)

3 nights in a row the internet has disconnected multiple times, awful Awful service,
And when You go through to customer service,
1: you can’t understand half of them
2: they don’t fix no issues.
Will be switching to sky, better prices and a much better all round service.
