I visited Vodafone, Eldon Square, Newcastle with account and contract queries on my families 4 mobiles.
We dealt with a young lady called Sam, she was patient, thorough and extremely helpful.
She wrote everything down for us, dates, accounts, amounts, DDs etc, a year of confusion sorted.

Received amazing customer service from Sam at the Eldon Square shop. We had issues with our broadband aswell as wanting to look at new phones & we could not have asked for better service.
