I needed to transfer data from a phone to a new phone and visited Vodafone in Abbey Centre, Newtownabbey. The young lady who served me, unfortunately I didn't see her name, was very clear in her advice, efficient, friendly and helpful. One of her male colleagues was also involved and he was also very friendly.

Dylan, who works at Abbeycentre in Northern Ireland, truly stands out as an exceptional colleague. Without a doubt, he is one of the best associates I have ever encountered in a mobile network shop. Today, I visited several different locations within the centre, and I noticed that most of the staff in stores like EE or O2 were simply absorbed in their phones, chatting away with colleagues and paying little attention to customers. However, upon entering Vodafone, Dylan greeted me immediately with a warm smile and introduced himself confidently. We sat down together, and I explained what I was looking for in a new phone. Dylan listened attentively and offered some excellent suggestions tailored to my needs. We then discussed various plans, and he managed to find an option that fit my budget perfectly — honestly, the best deal I could have hoped for! As we filled out the necessary details, we engaged in a friendly and relaxed conversation, which made the entire experience much more comfortable and enjoyable. No one wants to sit through an awkward silence, and Dylan’s friendly banter made the process much more pleasant. Having worked with the public for many years, I can honestly say that Dylan’s positivity, engagement, and patience are beyond impressive. His service goes far beyond a standard five-star experience — it’s the kind of customer care that genuinely makes a difference. I am so impressed that I will definitely be returning to Vodafone in the future!
