Brilliant customer service from Emma!
Brilliant customer service from Emma on my recent visit.
She explained all my options for SIMO deals and a new device deals- very thorough and clear.
I have been wanting to move from another network after their network recently went down and I couldn't even make emergency calls! Moving across was a must with Vodafone's better coverage after Emma explained what the coverage would be like with Vodafone in my area.
I came away from the Oldham Store feeling informed, confident and reassured with my new plan.
Thank you Emma for taking the time to explain all my options and getting me the best plan for what I need. I really appreciate it.

We cannot thank the staff at the Oldham shopping centre, Emma and Corey, enough for the time, patience and expertise today. We went into the store to pick up our new phones and they were brilliant. Emma explained everything as she went along and we are so grateful because thanks to her the change over from one phone to another was achieved without a single problem.

Vodaphone made me jump through hoops
Vodafone were doing maintenance for over a month my internet was none existent or buffing I bought an EE sim to cover me whilst the work was on going I rang VodaF this morning after receiving a txted the work was fininshed it took me 40min to receive a £10.00 credit , that wont cover the EE sim cost the lady on the phone had me on hold most of the time I Im done with Vodafone the way I was treated for their sub standard service is to much hassle ..I txted Giff Gaff for a friend her account received the full months payment without question Vodafone are lacking big time Ive been with them over 10 yrs bye bye
