I wish to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received today from Edward Watts.
I had been encountering issues with my phone and was unable to resolve personally.
Edward was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the moment I entered the Orpington branch.
He was highly professional, attentive and very friendly with a genuine desire to resolve my issue which he did with the minimum of fuss.
He addressed matters in a very swift and courteous manner and whilst at the branch managed to source a fantastic new deal for me saving me over 50% in billing cost per month.
I spent 20 years in sales and his product knowledge and customer care standards were first class.
I have always subscribed to the view, ‘ people by people first ‘ from a customer perspective and this is what really impressed me about him within 30 seconds.
It was a joy to deal with him and I left the branch exceptionally happy and more than satisfied by the service I received from this staff member.
I am sure he fits the exact profile of your company and I feel sure he has the qualities to enjoy a very successful career with Vodafone.
