Henry at Vodafone Orpington branch is simply a genius
Henry at Vodafone Orpington branch essentially delivered a final resolution to a simply mind blowing problem. He did so through pure persistence, excellent knowledge and logical approach to cut through conflicting procedures at his own firm which could have otherwise cost me great deal of financial losses and mental anxiety.
For some reason Vodafone started reporting a default account in my name attached to an address that I had not live for 12years (despite me only been a Vodafone customer for only 3y).
The issue was I could not challenge the situation given I was not able to pass account security when I contact customer service related to that rogue account (not surprising, given I never set it up), Albeit Vodafone insisted it is my account because it carried my name. To top it off they were not letting me settle the default sum of £35 because I am not authorised on the account (this is all the while paying £100+ on other services to Vodafone). I watched with pain my credit score dropped by 350 points and without any ability to fix the issue. I was going in circles.
Thankfully, Henry got personally involved and through 3 phone calls to Vodafone contact centre (with me listening in) each lasting roughly 1hour each he managed to find somebody who can help and i ended up just paying off the rogue account overdue (just to get it off my back), and delinking that account from my profile.Henry also persisted to get the right team to remove the default entry from credit reference agency reporting.
Today when I checked I see my credit score back up by 387 points.

Brilliant service from Ethan
I visited the store today with my husband to sort a network connection issue we had with a new phone purchased online. We were helped by Ethan Hunt (fabulous name!) who managed to sort the problem out very efficiently.
He also looked at our account and managed to save money on another phone which was over and above the service expected today, I am so impressed.
I had spent nearly 4 hours trying to resolve the problem online and over the phone with various operators who failed to help sufficiently to solve the issue.
I am super thankful to Ethan, he is a credit to Vodafone Orpington. Thanks again.

I attended Orpington Vodafone on two Saturdays one to purchase a new phone for my mum and second to collect. Both times were a lovely experience with all the team supporting. The young guy I bought the phone with was super helpful and got the best deal for my mum. The second time today we speak to Edward, who was super helpful and even checked my phone to make sure I was getting the best deal. I will definitely be back in again in March to sort my contract out and recommend the whole team in the Orpington branch. Thank you all so much.
