Had a great experience recently with Edward, helping me to upgrade my phone with ease and saving money! He was friendly and helpful, explaining all of my options but understanding what I was looking for in a new contract and not just pushing extra items on me. Edward was attentive, helpful and pro-active in finding the solution to a rather complex issue. We visited Vodafone for a broadband…
We visited Vodafone for a broadband upgrade. Jess was so helpful in ensuring we had the best deal possible. She was patient and explained the breakdown of services and kindly wrote it all down so I would remember later. As an older person I really appreciated Jess’s calm friendly manner, she was a total professional and I left with a broadband deal at less than half the cost of my previous provider

New phone and tariff
My husband and I upgraded our phones and changed service provider. Jess and Ed were excellent, ensuring we had the right phone and tariff for our needs and then arranging for the transfer from our old phones to our new ones. Their customer service was amazing.
