Ian... absolutely, totally impressed
Ian - who I believe is the Orpington store manager - gave me the most engaging, considerate, patient and professional service I've possibly ever experienced! He did the data transfer onto a phone his colleague had arranged for me a few days earlier, which due to the age and condition of my old device took a while. He also resolved some queries I’d had. His easy manner, knowledge, clear communication and evident commitment to customer satisfaction were pure joy to behold. I'm in the 'winter' of my working life, but after glimpsing some of Ian's interaction with colleagues and other customers, if I had my time again this is a guy I would love to have worked with - or for!! What an asset to your company.

A key part of the Vodafone service is that you can visit any shop and get immediate face to face help.
Henry at Orpington exemplifies this service. He is always courteous,
patient and understanding,
and ensures the any issues are solved.
This is in stark contrast to many big brands who just shunt you off to an Online Chatbot where you go round in circles.

I went into the store because I had lost my phone and I came out with a great broadband deal.
Henry was extremely patient and listened to my needs. I have a new SIM card now and hopefully much faster broadband!
