I had issues with my contract that I…
I had issues with my contract that I had attempted to resolve with Vodafone by phone but didn’t get anywhere.
I visited the Vodafone store in Orpington and was helped by Edward who was fantastic. He was patient, efficient but most impressively he wanted me to leave the store with all my issues thoroughly dealt with.
If all Vodafone employees were like Edward life would be so much easier.

Edward provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a Vodafone store (or any retail store!).
I’ve called Vodafone for help several times and have visited other stores to resolve a problem but it usually feels like an impossible task to get an answer, but my experience today with Edward was simply amazing. If it wasn’t for Edward, I would have stopped using all Vodafone products and services. Thank you!

Great service in Orpington
Received a top level service from Jayden today. He helped me with transferring from O2/Virgin Media to Vodafone broadband and SIM contract. Everything was explained clearly. I got optimal offer and the whole process took just 15-20 min. His attitude was very respectful and he patiently answered all my questions.
