Phone died out of nowhere
Came into the shop today to sort out my sister's phone had completely gave up working. The two employees Matt and Jayden were welcoming and understanding about the situation as well as respectfully understanding that I would time and help to understand things, which they even put the details and what I needed on my account for future reference to make things easier.
While Matt helped another customer, Jayden helped my sister and I. Jayden helped go through our options for the current contract and we deemed that it would be easier to upgrade. He thoroughly went through what phone would be similar to the one that died as well as explaining the airtime deals. We decided on paying off current contract and starting a new one.
Matt checked in on progress and that Jayden had done a good job of explaining and that we were happy with what we decided on. Matt also provided comic relief while we were waiting for computer to load stuff. Matt also done some cleaning in shop, wiping down displays as well as sweeping the floors as dirt and leaves had come in while door was open. Making sure the shop was clean and presentable.
After finalising and paying for previous contract and upfront cost for new phone. Jayden and Matt both explained about all the emails with billing and contract information.
Jayden and Matt are both helpful and kind. Super helpful and understanding; and really took their time to explain everything where I needed help understanding.

Edward helped us out with our new connection issue. We couldn't make calls or texts and regardless of how many times we called up (from a working number) we got no help even after waiting for raised cases to be responded to.
Edward was able to sort out the issue and kept in contact the entire time. Fantastic service. I was close to just ending the contract if it wasn't for him.
