Vodafone UK - Oxford Reviews 

Catalin in Vodafone Oxford sorted out a really tricky issue with my Samsung phone yesterday. It was a problem that neither he nor the assistant manager had come across before but he was determined to get it sorted. For sheer persistence, communication skills and technical knowledge, this guy deserves some recognition from Head Office. I honestly thought that the only hope was a Factory Reset but Catalin saved a very stressed customer. Many thanks 👍

Yesterday, Catalin @ the Oxford Vodafone Store, handled my problem/ requests professionally; with friendly courtesy, good nature & an outstanding outcome for me! INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE meeted out with human kindness...which can be a rare thing to be on the end of in corporate buisness!

I should explain that I don't know Catalin or have any vested interests in leaving this review- just gratitude for the quality of this guys assistance and a very satisfying outcome.
Catalin employed a healthy relaxed demeanor; demonstrating great tech skills to work around several difficult/challenging issues. He made the credit check & purchase options easy, clear and understandable so that I was well aware of commitments in contracts.
I loved the fact that Catalin proved the immense asset He actually is to Vodafone ( & the promotion- nurturing/ & professional recognition he definitely deserves as staff like this are a company's considerable asset) by his timely clarifications & explanations in real non technical language -of terms & conditions and device expansions etc...

It was a stressful situation I was facing yet through Character, great customer observations and the willingness to go the extra mile made it a great day instead of serious real life implications.

If Catalin is what Vodafone model themselves on I will continue to stay with them for many years to come.

Tina at the Corn Market branch in Oxford offered an excellent service beyond my expectations.

I wanted an adjustment to my plan and went to the Oxford city shop.
Tilos attended to me. He was brilliant. He went out of his way to sort my issue and did it in a friendly and professional way. Thank you Tilos.

I am going on holiday tomorrow but I still need to run my business while I’m away on a tour for 3weeks. I am with Vodafone via an agent company who failed to help after being on the phone to them for about 5 hours across the day yesterday. I was desperate and upset when I walked into the Oxford Vodafone shop today and Jomir could see I was upset about my phone. “Don’t worry” he said, and fixed my problem in a few minutes! He was very calm, professional, friendly and jolly. An absolute genius as far as I’m concerned! Jomir said Tina assisted him too. Tina was friendly and professional too. They were both brilliant. Thank you so much Jomir especially and Tina. Wonderful service. I am so very grateful. Thank you so very much.

I'd like to thank Jomir, Tonis, Sufyaan and the team very much for their help in getting me transferred from O2. The process was really time-consuming, but they were very patient and knowledgeable. In a world where companies seem to want to spend as little time as possible helping customers, Vodafone Oxford stands out a mile.

I popped in the Vodafone store because I had a problem with my phone. I couldn't use It anymore because I had my PUK Number in Italy. Tolis was very good at finding a Quick solution to my problem. Efficient, Kind and very Polite man. Thanks to Vodafone staff

I visited the Vodafone store in Oxford the staff member called Alex was really helpful and understanding, I had to go into store to upgrade my phone and he also done all the data transfer as well.
