I have just visited Vodafone in the Oracle Mall, 3 weeks ago Nazim helped to set up an esim for me for abroad travelling, now he moved my payg no to a monthly plan. All smooth, very friendly and helpful. Without his help, I wouldn’t have managed to have roaming data while travelling and most important not loosing my current number!

I trained customer services front line and management staff for 13 years, so I know what 'good' looks like and after the best customer service I've experienced in my 71 years, Carla at Vodafone in The Oracle, Reading, is Very Good.
She was confident, relaxed and unbelievably helpful. It would have been a very long afternoon trying to cancel an account. She took control of the situation and resolved it.

I had an extremely positive experience in the Reading store. Hussain approached me as soon as I entered and was immediately friendly and helpful. I can often be overwhelmed with decision making in pressured environment, but his excellent customer service and personable attitude were exemplary, and help me greatly through the process. I felt unpressured, and like I was being well informed at every step. Hussain is an asset to the team and an excellent customer focused professional.

Vodafone Oracle staff lack skills and understanding of their systems. Beware of Nazim, as he can create difficulties for you.
Terrible service from Nazim and his supervisor. We spent days trying to sort out the complete mix-up regarding what needed to be done, resulting in the mishandling of our number porting and ultimately making us detest Vodafone, leading us to leave within days. Furthermore, Vodafone's service isn't what their postcode checker indicates; at our house, it showed full 5G and 5G ULTRA indoor & outdoor, yet we couldn't even get one bar of 4G — no coverage whatsoever in a new house that all the other providers have decent coverage in. Entirely untrustworthy; select a different provider and definitely steer clear of the Vodafone store in Reading Oracle.
