Problems cancelling an expired account
During a conversation with your 191 cuatomer services, i had a few problems sorting an issue with my account. For some reason they were unable to verify my identity and I had to visit your Redhill store (which was a pain) to discuss my problem with them. I spoke to Steven at the store and he was incredibly helpful, but unfortunately he could not resolve the issue, but helped a lot. I am now left with calling 191 again to hopefully resolve this. Great credit to Steven, and his colleague. They did as much as he can, but the issue is still unresolved. So I need to try talking the 'customer services' / cancellation team again. Steven eas most helpful, thanks, hopefully I will resolve this early next week.
