Parkgate store #5stars
Darren was amazing in store helping my mum sort out her mobile wifi. This wasn't an easy task but he was polite and patient with my mum who is not very tech savvy. He and Ross who were in were both professional and friendly as was the gentleman I had spoken to the day before in store. All issues were sorted quickly and efficiently and we have walked out happy customers which is a far stretch from the meadowhall store who we found unwelcoming and unhelpful as they took one look at our mobile wifi box and said we can't help you! We most definitely will be going back to the parkgate store for any future needs.

Positive experience as new customer
I was directed into store by a call centre agent due to a few issues setting up my account online for two new iPhones. When coming into store the staff were very friendly and helpful and Josie started helping right away. She walked me through the entire process and answered all the questions that I had about my new contract and how the trade-in works. Had a really positive experience.

Great store

What a difference between Meadowhall and Parkgate
After two trips to Meadowhall we were very despondent, our experiences were not what we had come to expect from Vodafone as long standing customers. We decided not to return a third time but to go to Parkgate. I must say the experience was so different. They cleared up all the confusion about what we could have and when, they answered all our questions and when we left the store we had new contracts that we were happy with. Darren and Ross made the effort to listen and find the best option for us. The process of new contracts was so easy and straightforward in comparison. I would definitely return to Parkgate in the future. Great customer service.
