Friendly staff very helpful

5 stars for Danielle at Selby!!
Brought my mobile in to Vodaphone Shop in Selby, North Yorkshire as I had issues with not being able to receive, ring out or use messenger despite speaking to Talkmobile customer service for 2 hours the evening before on another mobile. They were unable to resolve the issue.
Danielle was an absolute star. She worked on my mobile for over an hour. She wouldn't be beaten by the issue and found the fault was a glitch that had occured with the last update. Danielle is a credit to the company. I hope Vodaphone does read these reviews and gives credit to Danielle too for her hard work and excellent customer service.
