Disfunctional customer service, systems showing wrong billing info. Stores and call centers are siloed, and as a customer you get different views if you speak to one or another. I dont envy or blame the stores stuff tbh, they work with what they have, but they get easily frustrated with clients and that is wrong. If you get this reaction in the store, which happened to me today, eacalate right there and dont leave until you get the help you deserve. When u make it clear you wont leave, then they figure a way to help you.

I recently visited the Slough store as I was looking for a new phone. Usually I prefer to go online as I hate pushy sales staff. I decided to risk it and went into the store and I was not disappointed. I was served by Martyna. She offered assistance but let me look in my own time and was on hand to answer any questions I had (and there were a few!)
After her advice, I left knowing I had made the right choice!
Thanks Martyna! You really make a difference!

I went in to get a small value purchase, a £10 pay as you go SIM. However this was quite complicated as I wanted it to work in Turkey and Switzerland. Martyna could not have been more helpful. She carefully checked that it met my requirements and gave instructions for use as I had got quite confused looking at various websites. A really positive experience.
