Mutzy the marvellous!
Mutzy was incredibly helpful and polite. She went above and beyond to help me set up my phone. She was so patient, kind and very knowledgeable.
She went through everything clearly. She is a clear peoples person and a joy to have had helped me. She made a stressful experience of setting up a new without access to old phone that much easier.
I can't recommend her enough. If you ever come to the store ask for her! Absolute legend!

FANTASTIC TEAM ST ALBANS
After hours of trying to get my new smart watch to connect to my phone and and a lost end I visited the team in the st albans branch who managed to get the watch and phone working properly highly knowledgeable and an absolute credit to vodafone. I would be defo back be back in the near future
