Callum helped me with my SIM card issue and the other manager I can’t quite remember her name but she was very helpful too, we had a great wee chat also. I actually enjoyed my wee visit to Vodafone. Although stressed out when I got there. Top class customer service. Hope the managers meeting goes well and Rock those shorts mate. 🤝 all the very best.

Went into the store just to top up data. Caitlin was extremely helpful and reminded me that my airtime was out of contract. By the time I left caitlin had renewed my airtime contract with a very good rate.

Josh, despite me having already purchased a phone from his colleague on the weekend just before closing, kindly dedicated an extra 45 min of his time explaining what I purchased and helped me understand the new phone details.
