Excellent help in plain English from Maddie. She had everything at her fingertips and was extremely patient , helpful and knowledgeable. She gave us all the available options and didn’t try to sell something we didn’t want or need. Made renewing a contract and upgrading a phone a straightforward and easy process.

They processed my order eventhough their were some issues with it, he stuck with it until he resolved the issue. He allowed me to charge my phone, whilst Iwas waiting. He was very polite, with a good sense of humour 😀 all the staff in the Swansea store were polite and helpful anytime you go there

I visited Vodafone Swansea to research a new phone. Josh listened exactly to what I needed to get out of my phone for work I had no hesitation in purchasing it there and then. There was no pressure of a sale at all just a genuine desire to help in a friendly yet professional manner. After sales service was excellent and Josh was extremely helpful in answering all my questions regarding the new phone. All photos, videos and contacts were transferred across with ease and I had complete peace of mind. All staff were on hand and ready to help and Josh went over and above expectations. Many thanks!
