Staff extremeley helpful & friendly. Did all I asked and More.
The More however, can sometimes be too much.

Staff however seem to be on corporate autopilot when it comes to fibre optic. Not a thing I want or need.
The words fibre optic were not mentioned till very end of business
Wish I was told earlier Would of saved a lot of time.
As would of declined.
That said overall very happy with service at Taunton.

Brilliant advice from Tom.
Went into Vodafone Taunton to discuss a new contract, because I've been having a couple of hardware issues with my handset. Tom gave ne excellent advice re the issues and recommended continuing with the handset, without trying to persuade me to buy there and then. I shall definitely be returning to upgrade when the time is right.

I had a great experience and saved some money! I was served by Sam, a very courteous young man who was very patient with me and explained everything clearly so I was aware of all my options. Vodafone does not understand customer service
I moved home. The previous owners were on copper cable with home phone & internet but Vodafone would not connect me to the copper cable - even though it was still live & just needed a new number.
They said we had to go fibre & it would take about 5 weeks (Sept 20th).
Man came a few days later & sprayed lawn showing where new cable was to go - this has since washed away !
I then had email saying we would be connected 16th October - 8 weeks after we signed up!
Vodafone Taunton knew I was desperate to have an Internet connection and a landline phone - but did not suggest any solution.
I myself found out about Mobile Hotspots & got connected via WiFi at cost of £100+.
Vodafone Taunton do not know what is going on - no help at all with progress or timescale.
I still have no Phone or Internet landline connection.
I could easily have gone on to the copper cable and transferred to fibre later. - not to do so is a stupid & unhelpful policy.
NO STARS FROM ME FOR VODAFONE !

You've mentioned about initially joining on a copper cable, but due to Open Reach retiring the copper lines in 2025, we're unable to put a new customer onto a copper line. In addition to this, the activation date is dependent on engineer availability in your local area, so you will have been given the earliest possible date.
With that being said, we do acknowledge and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Signed up to a 2yr deal but the network coverage in Taunton is so poor
Only get one bar signal for calls which often drop and no 4G let alone 5!!!!
And no it’s not my phone - got much better signal with O2
