Top service, with a smile and a very helpful manner..
Very good service.by Shanthos in resolving a Sim card error, by me. All reolved.
He then checked my account - being amazed that I had been with Vodaphone since 1989 - and found that I was out of contract on three phones.
He did some checking and came back wih an excellent deal, "More data, Less cost."

I switched over from Vodafone pay as you go plus to a Vodafone contract which was not an easy step over the phone? However when I visited the uxbridge store, store manager Prince was absolutely exemplary. Go there if you want to be square.

Switching Broadband to Vodafone
Having had very poor customer service from our existing broadband provider, we went into Vodafone's shop in The Chimes in Uxbridge on to enquire about switching. Juna was a breath of fresh air. Not only was she highly personable but knowledgeable as well. Her communication skills are excellent. By the time we had finished, not only did we switch our broadband but we bought two new phones as well. Sam, equally, was very helpful and patient. Many thanks.

Vodafone in Uxbridge have excellent customer services. I had so many problems with my old net work that I decided to change my network to Vodafone and I am so pleased I did. I went into the Vodafone shop in Uxbridge and was help by a pleasent chap named Sam and he could not have been more helpful, he was friendly, polite and professional. He sorted everything out for me and explained everything thoroughly. Thank you so much Sam. Everyone in the shop was friendly and polite dealing with other customers.
