Came to sort out my phone SIM card and was a pleasure to be served by Suvansh. He was polite and provided the service and advice to a high standard. We have been on the Vodafone network as a family for 25 years and always come to the Watford branch as the Brentcross branch is no where as efficient as the Watford branch.

Amazing support from Mercedes, professional, listening to what I needed, not trying to sell me an expensive package that I didn’t need. Changed over from pay as you go to contract , I was really concerned as needed to keep my number, but she talked me through the process and explained it thoroughly not rushing me. Helped me every step of the way, filled out the form for me, there wasnt anything thing she didn’t do, she was really amazing. Kind , showed empathy towards my disability , gave me time to process the information , couldn’t have asked for a better assistant manager to have helped me. Thank you. Mercedes, I hope you become a manager real soon. You definitely have the skills.

He helped me deal with a delicate issue professionally and in a very kind manner also. He has super knowledge and super customer service skills and I would happily recommend anyone to go and see him.
