I visited the Vodafone Watford branch after having a poor experience with EE, and I was assisted by Sajid. What an exceptional member of staff.
He was polite, patient, and took the time to really listen and understand my needs. He carefully went through the mobile and broadband options with me, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process incredibly simple and straightforward.
I left feeling extremely pleased with the service I received. Sajid is a real credit to Vodafone, and you should be very proud to have such a dedicated and professional member of your team. Thank you for turning what had been a frustrating experience into such a positive one.

I was going to go to EE but stopped by…
I was going to go to EE but stopped by Vodafone first to have look and ended up staying because the service I received from Mr Valentin was exceptional. I have never left a phone shop feeling so valued as a customer like he actually wanted me to get the best deal instead of just what was the most expensive. This made me want to spend more. If I was the manager I would give him a pay rise. My mother was extremely impressed with the customer service and efficiency of our visit as we were in and out in a very timely manner. Thanks again Mr Valentin! We will be back and I will tell everyone to see you when they attend for the best experience!!! Way better than EE in my opinion.

I’ve just been to orators inside the Watford shopping centre and I’ve upgraded all my families phones and I’ve been served by a Genti called Mr Valentin who went beyond and above services to lower our bills and were so happy.
Saj and Jay have also been amazing.
