Leah was phenomenal! Came in to the store to upgrade my iPhone, she explained all my options to me, gave me time to sort my thoughts out and process the information, explained any questions I had perfectly and was overall a very lovely girl! Great customer service
The store was quite busy but staff were very helpful and kind - they showed care, explained any wait times and tried to see people quickly.

Outstanding Customer Service That Made the Difference
I went into the Vodafone shop just to pick up a power bank, but ended up upgrading my phone thanks to the excellent service. Leah was friendly, patient, and really helpful, and Sanj was just as great in making the upgrade smooth and stress-free. Brilliant customer service from start to finish by Leah.

Absolute disgraceful
Absolutely disgraceful treatment. Only wen̈t in to get a sim card but they wanted a sale so we changed my wife's to talk mobile and the sim card on my personal phone. A simple process that has been totally ruined by incompetency. They closed my account down and this meant I couldn't work for 3 days. Losing at least £500 in wages alone.
Went back into the store told them situation but they couldn't have cared less, they said they were only a sales team and said its up to me to sort it by pushing a phone number across the table. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not want to help when they caused the situation.
They even set the account up with talk mobile with the wrong details which meant my wife's phone wasn't working for 4 hours. We only found this out when a customer tried to contact us by email saying the mobile numbers aren't working
I now have to wait 48 hrs to get my phone back online to end this contract with this awful company. Please do yourselves a favour and stay well away from these incompetent people
Vodafone replied to my trust pilot review and offered the service of calling their numbers, I have already done that and they didn't want to know. They are Totaly reprehensible. I want a direct call by a Vodafone manager. The call centres just follow a script and refuse to let you get to management. I do nit accept any apology at this stage. DO THE RIGHT THING VODAPHONE SPEAK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS DIRECT. I had a personal call by talk mobile regarding this situation and it was amiable and it was sorted. Wake up Vodafone
