Excellent experience
Ben greeted us at the door and was immediately warm and friendly. He sold us a couple of phones - he was able to tell us loads about them to make sure they were what we needed. Vodafone network is very good! We have been in again and spoken with Lana who is hopefully going to find us a laptop today for our son!

Would give zero if I could
Would give zero if I could. Arrived at the Worthing store for a pre booked device care appointment for an issue with my phone. Was told by the member of staff that she didn't know what the appointment was. I showed her the emai confirmation and she was totally disinterested and repeated that she had never heard of such an appointment! She offered that I could wait inline to speak to someone. At no point did she check with any other member of staff. Totally wasted afternoon!
