The customer service is an absolute joke. They accidentally disconnected our landline 3 weeks ago. We have called them five times each time, they apologise and say it will be reinstated within a day. Each time we're on the phone between an hour and an hour and a half. We still haven't had our phone reinstalled. We're going somewhere else for our broadband and phone and cancelling our contract with them. We have spoken with at least 8 people, each time being escalated to the management. They make the same promises and apologies but still the problem, which was down to them hasn't been addressed. How can they remove our landline in a day but still after 3 weeks not be able to connect it again. We're more than fuming.
