Good service
The keypad on my phone wasn't working and I couldn't put my pin number in. I was in town so I went into Vodafone in Worthing. I was very stressed as my husband had just passed away and my phone was my life line for contacting people and support. Harrison calmly looked at my phone and worked out what the problem was. I'm not even a Vodafone customer. He was so kind and helpful. Thank you Harrison.

Very helpful staff
When I came into store in Worthing today, 24th November I was served by Harrison who was extremely helpful. On my arrival he was polite and very informative when I came to collect my new phone, answering any questions I had. He is an asset to the Vodafone team in Worthing store.

I have been into your store several…
I have been into your store several times now in the last week. First time with my husband who needed a phone quickly. We spoke to Ben who was soo helpful. Managed to sort my husband out with a new phone and a good contract. As Ben was so polite and helpful I decided to get my phone sorted too. I had been on sim only for a while but my current phones battery was at end of life. Again Ben listened to what I needed and sorted for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your store and Ben, as have found other Vodafone stores I have visited have not been particularly helpful or welcoming.

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the serious issues I have experienced with Vodafone UK.
Unauthorised Contract
I never agreed to the contract that has been applied to my account. I made it very clear that I did not wish to enter into such an agreement, yet Vodafone still proceeded.
Unfair Debt Collection
My account has been wrongly sent to debt collection, despite my attempts to resolve matters directly with Vodafone. This is unacceptable and highly distressing.
Poor Customer Service and Misrepresentation
On multiple occasions, I have received unhelpful and misleading responses from customer service representatives. This has caused significant stress and demonstrates a lack of professionalism.
Misuse of Payment Details
Vodafone has retained my card details used for topping up my SIM and applied them without my authorisation. I consider this a breach of trust.

Harrison Worthing store
I have been a Vodafone customer for over 20 years yet never been to a Vodafone store.
I was confused with what option I should choose for my latest upgrade and popped into the shop to ask.
Harrison was amazing and explained everything really well about my options and actually saved me money on my upgrade.
I had technical problems with the phone and ended up in store two times after this and Harrison helped to fix the issues.
I do not usually write reviews but I was so disappointed with the customer service I have received over the phone in regard to the fault and my options. Harrison has restored my faith in Vodafone by fixing the issues and making things right for me.
